Meet Lesley Joseph and discover her mission for accessible living
We’re delighted to announce that Lesley Joseph, renowned for her role as Dorien Green in Birds of a Feather, will join us at the Ideal Home Show on Friday 21st March. Lesley is collaborating with Uplifts to promote the importance of future-proofing homes and the benefits of homelifts.
Lesley will be at our stand, H347, meeting visitors and sharing her insights on creating accessible living spaces. Later that day, she’ll take to the main stage for her talk, “Challenging the Stigma of Ageing,” where she’ll explore the significance of designing age-friendly homes that support independent living as we grow older.
In addition to Lesley’s talk, we also have the informative session “Design for Life: Creating an Age-Ready Home That Grows With You” on Wednesday 26th March at 11am.
Uplifts CEO Sam Stannah and occupational therapist Kate Sheehan will discuss the importance of designing homes that evolve with your needs.
