Attention to small details makes all the difference
Expanded range
Our expanded range of cabin designs, fabrics and accessories, gives more choice to tailor your Gen 2 homelift around your space, style and everyday life.
Customisable lampshade
Uplifts’ cabin lampshades are now available in nine thoughtfully chosen colours – brown, taupe, navy, grey, teal, sand, ivory, charcoal and white – making it easier to complement existing interiors or create subtle contrast. With the right shade, the inside of the homelift can feel just as considered as the room it sits within.
Choose your wood finish
Choose from three new wood trim finishes, which influence the overall tone of the cabin and surrounding spaces. ‘White’ brings lightness and calm to bright, airy homes, ‘Beech’ offers a warm, earthy feel that pairs beautifully with natural materials, and ‘Dark’ delivers a quieter, more refined look for contemporary interiors. These accents, both inside and outside the cabin, and help the homelift settle naturally into its environment.
Half‑height door or a full‑height door
Recognising that people experience enclosed spaces, Uplifts offer a choice between a half‑height door and a full‑height door. The half‑height option keeps things light and open, offering an unobstructed, welcoming feel, while the full‑height door provides a more enclosed, private experience that many users find quietly reassuring.
Internal grab rail as standard
Every Uplifts homelift now includes an internal grab rail as standard, adding an extra layer of reassurance. In the cabin, the grab rail provides something solid to hold, a feature that can make a meaningful difference for households with family members of different ages or needs.
Range of seat options
To suit different ways of travelling, Uplifts offers a range of seating options across its S2 and S3 homelift models. For customers who are comfortable standing during the short 30‑second journey, there is the option of no seat at all, creating a more open and spacious feel, or a fold‑up seat that tucks neatly away when not in use.
Practical accessories
Practical new accessories help the homelift fit seamlessly into everyday life. A new shelf and coat hook provide a convenient place for bags, jackets or personal items, while leaving hands free during travel. An integrated calling system is also included.

Our story
Uplifts, the dedicated homelift company of Stannah
When Joseph Stannah founded Stannah in 1867, he did so with one goal in mind: to move people up and down the stairs.
We’ve evolved over the years, but we’re still committed to bringing innovation to the lift industry.
That’s why we’ve added Uplifts™ to the Stannah family, and we’re still a family business to this day. In fact, our CEO, Sam Stannah, is Joseph Stannah’s great, great, great-grandson.
Uplifts™ was born with simplicity in mind. To meet the needs of today’s homeowner, by taking a previously complex product and making it simple to work with.
It’s our mission to make homelifts the first choice for people when stairs get tough, giving them the freedom and independence to move around their own homes.
Proud to be made in Britain
Uplifts homelift solutions are manufactured in our Andover factories, and we take great pride in showcasing our commitment to British manufacturing.
